Senior Strategic Agency Manager, GCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships with promoting digital advertising solutions.
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple high-stakes partners/suppliers as a key contributor to drive a broader partner/supplier strategy.
  • Ability to contribute to account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions and manage account priorities and allocation of resources.
  • Ability to help resolve partner/supplier issues and inquiries (business or technical) with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution.
  • Excellent thought leadership, with the ability to collaborate in executive functioning.
  • Excellent investigative skills to assess performance, and the ability to develop insights to capture opportunities.

As a part of the Agency team, you will empower the clients to achieve their marketing and advertising goals through agency partnerships. Your role will involve collaborating with agencies and advertisers, while also helping agencies enhance their capabilities to better serve their clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the partners on a journey by determining where the agency, customer, and Google strategies and GCS priorities align to enable agency and customer success. You will identify opportunities to cultivate agency growth, enabling team to reach their potential in supporting clients and achieving impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of agency clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Collaborate with agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, aligning on product priorities with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) to provide a cohesive experience to agencies and their clients.
  • Shape the agency program by serving as a thought partner for the agency lead on initiatives and agency level planning.
  • Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
