Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
- Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience building scalable and configurable platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and streams of work.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with Product Managers, Engineering Counterparts, and Engineering Temporary, Vendor, or Contract workers (TVCs) to deliver against requirements and author design documents.
- Work as a part of an Engineering team responsible for developing and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing/reviewing technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams.
- Adhere to Google’s software development best practices and work in close partnership with other Project/Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Help drive the development of tools, platforms, and generative solutions for our growing GCS customers base and the sellers that work directly with them.
- Develop alongside medium-sized engineering project teams and engineering TVCs.
