Head of Partner Technical Enablement, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner enablement, or technical training within the cloud or technology sector.
  • Experience in mentoring and growing talent as a people manager.
  • Experience in creating a technical enablement strategy focused on delivery excellence and aligned with overall business goals and the partner ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the delivery and consumption operating model for cloud technology.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a broad set of stakeholders in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Strategic mindset and proven track record of driving organization growth through people enablement and innovative plans.

About the job

In this context, we are looking for a new head of Partner Technical Enablement at Google Cloud. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the partner ecosystem - helping build skills to help them accelerate their business success. You will be responsible for driving the success of Google’s partner ecosystem by designing and delivering effective technical enablement programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our partners. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our partners have the assets, training, and support needed to unlock new market opportunities and drive mutual success with Google Cloud.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that aligns with Google’s growth objectives and partner needs.  
  • Build and develop comprehensive enablement programs. Develop innovative learning strategies that delight the partner, work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, drive the development and delivery of the enablement programs, including on demand programs, bootcamps certifications, and resources to ensure partners have the knowledge and skills to implement Google solutions effectively.
  • Build relationships with key partner stakeholders. Understand, identify areas of improvement, and advocate for their success internally.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the impact of enablement programs, assess partner readiness, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
  • Lead and grow a dynamic team of partner enablement experts.
