Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth (Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in hunting or acquisition in a changing environment.
  • Experience with developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.
  • Ability to be organized, responsible and work with a team.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients.

The Accelerated Growth team (AGT) is a strategic team designed to help Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) with growth potential. AGT specializes in building full-funnel digital marketing strategies to accelerate customer growth. As a Digital Strategy Lead within AGT, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on the platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering a positive experience and results to Google's advertisers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business within primary teams.
  • Create partnerships with cross-functional primary teams (e.g., Engage, MMS, Agencies and UMM).
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Ads solutions.
  • Grow clients' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions, implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and branding strategies.
