Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience executing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience providing insights and solutions to problems and helping evaluate business needs and challenges.
  • Knowledge of market, product, organizational, and cross-functional nuances with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance.
  • Ability to execute on project components and support business processes with some guidance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate in a structured and compelling manner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Define problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives with guidance, execute components of a project plan, and help deliver aspects of projects in a high quality and timely manner.
  • Monitor and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives, and help surface insights to help drive the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on programs, processes and business objectives, analyze and interpret data, and communicate in a structured and compelling manner.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders outside of the team and have an understanding of their key priorities and needs.
  • Identify areas of improvement to drive the business forward, and re-apply existing approaches that lead to a step change in effectiveness or efficiency.
