Account Strategist (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Experience in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the campaign delivery and account performance. Support timely response process, provide product insight and develop media plans to support them in responding to briefs from agencies and clients in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data, trends and client performance and develop robust strategic plans for customers' campaign plans and long-term business plans.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day customer product issues by following existing protocols and escalate non-standard customer challenges and issues to relevant teams.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Research market trends and and provide consumer/industry insights with regular cadence.
