Minimum qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in agreement negotiations or managing an agreement desk with an organization.
- Experience with financial modeling, agreement valuation or structuring.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of Cloud technologies.
- Ability to manage agreements and drive them to completion, with a wide range of stakeholders and fixed timelines.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate communication and collaboration at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to present analysis.

As part of the Google Cloud Partner Contracts Team, you will support or lead negotiations of custom agreements with partners, drive agreement enhancements and new templates to support growth and new business, and streamline the process by creating fallbacks, templates, and tools to negotiate.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Support or lead negotiations with partners and assisting in reviewing and responding to partner agreement redline, in accordance with Google standard policies and procedures.
- Assist in reviewing new global partner business offers and programs and responding to requests for information/proposal/quotation, and answer questions regarding enterprise agreement templates and fallback positions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and make suggestions for cross-functional process improvements.
- Participate in and in some cases lead projects documentation creation, representative agreements and agreement training, new product support to improve the scalability of the agreement desk function and rep efficiency.
- Assist in packaging of agreements for executive review.
