Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
 - 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. 
 
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
 - 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
 - Experience in privacy, security, or compliance, and with privacy principles and technologies along with experience in consulting or developing and communicating strategy at executive level for decision making with recommendations using fact/data based approach.
 - Experience in program management and managing cross-functional projects.
 - Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fluid environment.
 - Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
 - Create and implement new programs, frameworks, and policies to manage the complexities of outsourced support, particularly those that use AI.
 - Consult on policies, testing controls, managing risk reports, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
