  • Experience as a category, channel, or operations manager for a eCommerce or consumer products business.
  • Experience in project and partner management, overseeing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with operational process design and analytics.
  • Experience in an early-stage and rapidly growing business.
  • Knowledge of business performance metrics.

The Google Play Retail and Payments team manages the sale of gift card products on Play and at retailers around the world. We activate payment partners from retailers to eWallets with promotions and offers, generating new Play users and helping consumers pay for the digital content they love.

Responsibilities

  • Support country expansion for sales of digital gift card products on Google Play. Contribute to a cross-functional launch team and manage the launch project plan as well as key operational steps.
  • Own the operations business function for a quickly growing digital business selling first and third-party gift cards on Google Play.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for external partners, managing topics spanning business reviews, launch coordination, and technical operations.
  • Oversee partner financial operations including monthly reporting, escalations, and reconciliation.
  • Manage functions including product set-up, account creation, and testing.
