Enterprise Strategic Partner Development Manager, Privacy Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS business development, partnerships or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience managing enterprise partners or working in an enterprise company.
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
  • Ability to work ambiguously and autonomously within a large matrixed organization to drive alignment and key deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience developing strategies and representing them to senior management and external stakeholders.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager for Enterprise partners, you will lead high-impact relationships within Google’s partner ecosystem, driving the adoption of Privacy Sandbox technologies and guiding partners through upcoming transitions. You will craft and execute engagement strategies, collaborate with industry stakeholders, and shape new privacy standards, ensuring that partners successfully navigate this evolving landscape.

In this role, you will shape the future of the internet by helping establish new privacy standards. You will lead the transition of partners toward a more privacy-centric web, driving critical industry-wide change.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for strategic partners in the Enterprise vertical, leading high-stakes relationships and guiding partners through complex change management initiatives toward a more privacy-centric web.
  • Lead education and engagement efforts by developing comprehensive strategies and compelling narratives that promote key Privacy Sandbox technologies to Enterprise partners, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
  • Drive adoption with the next wave of partners, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting Product Specialists in guiding partners through early-stage implementation and scaling success.
  • Develop and execute scalable, high-impact models for industry engagement, including establishing key relationships, driving event presence, and launching partner programs to influence and grow adoption.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external Enterprise partners to ensure their success in adopting Privacy Sandbox technologies, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
