Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management including supporting a cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales organization.
- Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making and spreadsheet excellence to transform data into actionable business insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree, or a related field.
- Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
- Experience delivering high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to take responsibility and work in changing environments.
- Understanding of the full enterprise business cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and full-funnel business motions.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, BI platforms, etc), while collaborating with other business analysts and data scientists.
- Excellent time management, communication and relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to deliver impact in a cross-functional environment and craft compelling data-drive data-driven narratives.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way. The GTM Practice organization, as part of the Customer Experience organization, is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with an understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate development and enable the GTM organization to deliver on the financial plan.

Responsibilities
- Support prioritization and targeting of sales initiatives through a data-driven approach.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks, to identify areas of high/low performance, and calculate Return On Investment (ROI) of specific initiatives.
- Identify, parse, and share executive level insights, supporting the practice organization and key business partners through both ad-hoc requests and regular cadences related to the pipeline performance.
- Drive scalable execution, delivering actionable and industrialized insights and dashboards on our sales play and practice execution, at all levels of the organization, down to individual sales representative level.
- Contribute to global thought-leadership on business health and performance, metrics definitions, dashboards and scaled insights, and tooling.
