Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of databases, data structures, graph algorithms, and software reliability.
- Knowledge of security capabilities of cloud products.
- Ability to independently define projects, setup processes and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders.

- Scope, organize into objectives, and track execution in ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational programs to ensure a successful and timely delivery.
- Identify process improvements for scale and efficiency, measuring their impact and using said metrics to create visibility and alignment in teams.
- Track progress, unblocking dependencies, identifying, evaluating, mitigating risks and put into motion the solutions.
- Drive deliverables with the highest quality to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in execution, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) planning, and drive accountability to OKR execution. Provide clear communication to the team(s) regarding project status, risks/issues, mitigation plans and escalations.
