Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of databases, data structures, graph algorithms, and software reliability.
  • Knowledge of security capabilities of cloud products.
  • Ability to independently define projects, setup processes and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, organize into objectives, and track execution in ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational programs to ensure a successful and timely delivery.
  • Identify process improvements for scale and efficiency, measuring their impact and using said metrics to create visibility and alignment in teams.
  • Track progress, unblocking dependencies, identifying, evaluating, mitigating risks and put into motion the solutions.
  • Drive deliverables with the highest quality to achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in execution, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) planning, and drive accountability to OKR execution. Provide clear communication to the team(s) regarding project status, risks/issues, mitigation plans and escalations.
