Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working with supply chain planning and strategy.
  • Experience working with Product Development or Product Lifecycle Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience working with an integrated approach to lifecycle management of data center operations including hardware, software, and process.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling.
  • Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams, with excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

About the job

As the Strategic Program Manager, you will ensure organizational alignment and momentum amidst shifts in business priorities. You will lead and orchestrate a portfolio of high-impact programs that drive core objectives. You will also navigate ambiguity, balance priorities and stakeholders, and synthesize many inputs to formulate a compelling and impactful strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development, drive quick-response strategy development, and translate business needs into strategic programs.
  • Oversee the execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities.
  • Establish and manage the program governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes.
  • Track, measure, and report on the realization of planned strategic benefits.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure expectations are aligned and decisions are made in a timely manner.
