Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with product management in a B2B context.
- Experience presenting to leadership and external partners, building and shipping technical products, and managing the full product life-cycle from concept to launch.
- Experience working with engineering, UX, and cross-functional go-to-market teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences and varying levels of seniority.
- Experience owning a product end to end: definition, building, taking to market and landing, with high responsiveness and proactivity throughout.
- Experience with incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
- Experience building and owning genAI features.
- Understanding of developers, productivity tools, and mobile app ecosystems.

As part of the Android and Mobile team, Googlers working on Google Play do everything from engineering our backend systems, to shaping product strategy, to forming great content partnerships. They make it possible for people to do things like buy an ebook or song on their Android phone, then have it instantly available on their laptop. The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver against a multi-year content roadmap that aligns to Play priorities and developer needs.
- Own product requirements and evaluation, and drive impact by leading all parts of product development in collaboration with Eng & UX counterparts, as well as broader stakeholders; this includes prototyping and exploring new capabilities powered by genAI.
- Engage with partnerships, developers and other stakeholders to understand needs and refine road map, influence other road maps where needed, and to steer the smooth launch and landing of new launches, particularly for top developers.
- Develop PRDs, decks and other artifacts to define and communicate new features, and ensure smooth landing.
- Provide timely input to cross-functional team and secure necessary approvals from privacy, legal, vertical stakeholders etc to ensure efficient execution and deliver launches on time.
