Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Supply Chain operations experience in asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the data center, construction, manufacturing, or cost-estimating industries.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Experience improving processes or implementing program management best practices.
- Understanding of cost modeling, value engineering, or financial analysis principles.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions, track performance, and report on metrics.

The Build Cost Reduction Program (BCRP) is an initiative chartered to significantly reduce the cost and increase the speed of building Google's data center infrastructure. This program consolidates efforts across multiple cross-functional teams, creating a unified strategy to identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving opportunities at scale. The BCRP team collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to drive efficiency and maximize value in our data center build processes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs related to cost estimating, from initial planning to final delivery. Manage dependencies, adjust schedules, and navigate program changes to deliver results and meet team objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders and manage their expectations by providing clear, timely, and tailored communications. Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans to drive alignment and inform decision-making across all partner teams.
- Drive the execution of projects aimed at improving the estimating function, including the development of global templates, standards, and tools.
- Manage the ongoing activities to develop and update a comprehensive metric reporting mechanism. Identify and track key success metrics to measure performance and report on program impact.
- Serve as the key point of contact between technical and business teams, translating requirements and ensuring smooth collaboration.
