Customer Engagement and Operations Manager, Global Ads Marketing

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with online measurement and operations driving customer impacts.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with multi-channel (e.g., email, notifications, messaging, etc.) lifecycle marketing and variant testing.
- Experience with relational databases including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design.
- Experience with Google products and Google Ads.
- Experience with Marketing Automation technology and the online advertising industry.
- Ability to work in a organization.
- Ability to surface performance opportunities.
About the job
The Advertiser Engagement and Operations team is at the center of architecting how marketers connect with and enable success for Google Ads customers, delivering meaningful customer interactions at scale, with continually optimized messaging infrastructure, intelligence, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the operations (e.g., campaign planning, delivery, measurement) for business programs for Google Ads advertisers.
- Identify opportunities and integrate GenAI capabilities to drive operational efficiency and optimize campaigns.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to unlock and land new channels to connect with customers.
- Work with marketing and analytics teams to establish best practices for campaign execution and optimize existing processes.
- Manage campaign development workflows and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
