Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- 5 years of experience working with distributed systems in either an academic or industry setting.
- 5 years of experience building software incorporating data privacy or security requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in system security and applying security knowledge on Cloud.
- Experience with applied AI and AI systems.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and have proactive skills for delivery across multiple functions or working groups.
- Ability to define concrete and measurable goals within the team's scope.

Responsibilities
- Identify and categorize impact and risk, and define mitigations for security risks within Cloud AI services or risks that apply when using those services.
- Define and implement "secure defaults" for Cloud AI development including key repeating themes around model training, model serving, and other identified development patterns.
- Engage in design-time review, feedback, and proposal setting for Cloud AI services and services reaching out to Cloud AI for support.
- Support creation and validation of customer-facing security messaging for Cloud AI customers.
- Help create a collaborative and proactive team.
