Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing engineering, or product development with mobile, consumer electronics products or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports, working with a globally distributed team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Experience includes extensive customer-facing roles, launching new products with global telecom carriers and retail partners.
- Experience in resolving high impact product quality customer escalations.
- Experience in Electronics product assembly, inspection and test process development.
- Experience in implementing quality escalation process and ongoing product improvement.
- Excellent problem solving, people management and communication skills, in leading cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will lead global carrier quality engagement, leveraging deep analytics to outperform targets and establish exceptional performance. You will, bridge Google's technology with carrier requirements, ensuring seamless launches and flawless product experiences. You will also act as our key partners, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Launch teams to shape the future of Pixel.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Use technical expertise, people management and communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish to ensure the carrier’s requirements are met.
- Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Maintain regular updates from the external parties and also share the latest updates with the internal teams.
- Collaborate with the launch team to optimize the on-shelf date in support of the product launch.
