Regional Product Lead, Demand Gen, Commerce

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Sales, Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project management along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience presenting video solutions across a sales organization or understanding of our GCS organisation and how to activate sellers on product solutions.
  • Ability to take complex topics and simplify to different audiences from senior level executives to managers, sellers via one-on-one/one-to-many format.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English to interact with the business stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, along with the ability to work on complex operational initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills (e.g., Spreadsheets/ SQL/Dashboard building).

About the job

As a Regional Product Lead (RPL) for APAC GCS SBS Engage, Commerce, you will be responsible for activating Google Ads product solutions, enabling sellers to meet product adoption goals, lead GTM strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to meet regional goals. You will also work with the Global Product Lead (GPL) teams to advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Commerce customers experience to shape product and go-to-market strategy globally.

Responsibilities

  • Enable business Success on Demand Gen and future video solutions across the teams business. Educate SBS-E Commerce sellers on Demand Gen and benefits through training, workshops and partnership with leadership.
  • Partner with global Product & Sales Activation, Regional Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Finance and gTech to develop new opportunities and drive GTM plans aligning seller/customer needs to business goals for APAC.
  • Understand customer goals and marketing objectives to develop product go-to-market strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Represent APAC by sharing structured customer/seller feedback with Global Product Leads. Ensure the needs of sellers and customers are considered and reflected in the global product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with APAC Sales Managers to integrate Demand Gen and video solutions into the regional sales strategy. Align GTM efforts, resources, and support to achieve shared business goals.
