Regional Account Executive, Global Client and Agency Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing clients across the European region
  • Understanding of the search or YouTube landscape, and experience working with TV or social planning, or a background in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level/executive audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing data and creating data-driven strategies
  • Executive presence with excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to lead conversations on industry trends and Google's solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and successful track record in business development and sales leadership

We aspire to advise our clients on all aspects of their online business strategy, using Google's broad range of products, helping our clients connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences from upper funnel to performance and DTC.

As the EMEA Regional Account Executive you will be responsible for delivering integrated, cross-platform advertising and digital solutions for our client. Google has become a leader in this space because we've developed effective products and services targeted to marketers and consumers. This is an exciting role that combines regional direct responsibilities aligned with global strategy and opportunities.

You'll manage C-level and executive business relationships to ensure that client, agency, and local sales partners needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within Google while collaborating with other Google teams (Google Marketing Platforms, Cloud, Product, etc.) to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional clients and agencies in EMEA, while cultivating strong partnerships with local clients together with Google local teams, to drive long-term digital transformation strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans across Google's products and services, aligning global strategies with local market needs.
  • Lead and collaborate on diverse projects involving multiple Google teams (Data and Tech, Creative Works, Cloud) to maximize client impact and optimize product solutions.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of client’s business, industry, and the advertising industry to identify growth opportunities and address future challenges like privacy regulations.
  • Engage with senior leadership to build trust, drive strategic alignment, and foster collaboration across Google and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
