Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Project management tools.
- Knowledge of Google Ads Products (Search and Ads 360 and Performance Max).
- Deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent customer service, rapport building, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.

As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role within the sales organization, responsible for the day-to-day relationship with clients and the execution of mid-term projects agreed upon in the annual Joint Business Plan. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a regular cadence of meetings, managing the agenda, and coordinating with specialists to ensure timely project completion.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Manage the sales pipeline, allowing for clear visibility into project progression and achievement of sales objectives.
- Prepare sales pitches, and effectively convey complex information to drive new sales.
- Utilize Google's tools to provide clients with insights into their performance relative to the market and competitors.
- Drive client cadence to deploy Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and act as the hub for cross-functional Google teams in realtor to the specific client.
