Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently to support client management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the advertising ecosystem (advertiser, agency, or media owner perspective).
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, and adept at translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and experimental design, leveraging AI solutions to optimize performance and drive business value.
  • Highly proactive mindset and strategic intuition to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs, and execute effectively in fast-paced environments.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data using advanced modeling to generate validated insights and translate them into data-driven business recommendations. Transform large datasets into compelling stories and actionable market analyses to uncover new avenues for business expansion.
  • Consult with clients to solve business challenges, drive customer growth, and develop customized sector analysis and forecasts for sales teams.
  • Define measurement and analytics methodologies for client partners, leveraging expertise in data and advanced AI to navigate industry standards.
  • Identify and recommend creative process improvements and select optimal problem-solving methodologies and tools for better solutions.
  • Communicate with impact, distilling complex data into clear, persuasive narratives, and streamlining workflows for accessible insights.
