Partner Development Manager, Privacy Partnerships (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical business development, partnerships, management consulting.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to engage with partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams at various management levels.
  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager for North Spanish Speaking LATAM (SPLA), you will drive high-impact partnerships focused on the adoption of Privacy Sandbox technologies across the Chrome and Android ecosystems. You will develop and execute regional strategies aligned with global priorities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of privacy-preserving technologies. By engaging with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and partners, you will help shape the future of privacy standards, mitigate risks, and secure strategic success stories that inspire broader adoption. Your expertise in relationship-building, strategic execution, and influencing industry practices will play a critical role in navigating this evolving landscape and positioning partners for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic partner engagement in North SPLA for Privacy Sandbox initiatives, focusing on the Chrome and Android ecosystems, and supporting the transition to privacy-preserving technologies, including cross-site tracking and anti-fingerprinting.
  • Develop and execute Privacy Sandbox strategies and plans for North SPLA, aligning with global and LATAM priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale these initiatives across the region.
  • Work closely with priority partners to assess the business impact of Privacy Sandbox initiatives, and develop tailored engagement strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Secure high-profile partner demos, success stories, and case studies for key events such as Google I/O, and regional industry conferences to inspire adoption of privacy-first technologies.
  • Engage with industry standards organizations and trade bodies to help shape the evolution of privacy practices, ensuring Google’s solutions align with regulatory frameworks and industry needs.
