Business Operations Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations or business strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using SQL, Pulse, Connect Sales, App Scripts etc., and working with large data sets.
  • Knowledge of business strategy, operations, and data to drive insights.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, with responsibility and independence.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for all support, media and technical services for customers big and small across Google's entire Ad products stack. You will help customers get the most out of Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. You will provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing Ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our top customers to scalable support for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver business impact.
  • Drive business insights leveraging data and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build reporting automation/scale solutions to improve operational effect.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment and enable decision making.
  • Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across teams.
