Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience in GenAI and LLM technologies.
  • Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
  • Interest in aptitude and learn new technologies, including building live presentation environments and proof of concepts for prospects and customers.

As a Program Manager on the Cloud GTM Strategy and Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of GenAI-focused opportunities by leading the development and deployment of prototypes and Proofs of Concept.

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of these projects, working with business, engineering, product teams, and global vendor partners/Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role requires a technical background in GenAI, DevOps, and Google Cloud Platform, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Building and scaling GenAI demos and prototypes, supporting pilots, scoping partnerships, translating customer needs into technical requirements, driving outcomes, staying current on GenAI and Cloud trends, troubleshooting technical issues, and translating business objectives into promote solutions.
  • Collaborating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams, gathering technical requirements, developing technical roadmaps for scalability, evaluating and selecting technologies and potential Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, assessing technical risks, and communicating technical updates.
  • Designing and implementing prototyping/POC processes, owning project decisions, securing leadership support, working towards term objectives, and building compelling GenAI use cases.
  • Engaging with Business and Customer Engineers for agreement collaboration and with Regional and subregional GTM leadership for market awareness across the Pitch and Proposal Hub menu of services.
  • Working with a service/solution delivery vendor to build the demos and prototypes.
