Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales and advertising in the digital space.
- Experience working with and advising senior leaders, delivering outcomes in a client-facing or consulting role.
- Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a Product/Solutions environment, or working with a Product organization.
- Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape.
- Excellent sales management, project management, change management, and leadership skills.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking skills and excellent analytical capabilities.
About the job
Regional Product and Sales Activation (PSA) partners closely with EMEA GCS Sales to define, test and launch new products, scale campaign best practices, and align strategy between Sales and Product Management teams. PSA’s relationships with sellers, deep product expertise, and competitive insight accelerates priority growth areas such as Automation, Commerce, and Video.
Meanwhile, the market insights PSA uncovers guide the development of products to better serve the needs of our customers and cultivate business growth. As part of EMEA PSA, you will partner with other regional teams and global PSA leadership to set and deliver on GCS business priorities, and define, customize, and implement strategies across all countries and region wide in EMEA.
As the leader of PSA EMEA, you will guide the team that is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for priority areas across all segments of the GCS business (a diverse set of customers including large managed accounts, agencies of all sizes, channel partners, and newly acquired advertisers). Your team plan will include strategic accounts, training, and sales enablement resources such as narratives, playbooks, and event strategy.
You will serve as a key member of the EMEA GCS Sales management team, accountable for all product-related initiatives. Your team will support product leads in major product launches/betas and will get involved directly with planning and co-pitching for strategic accounts. As the leader in this role, you will also collaborate with PSA leaders in other regions to coordinate appropriate global efforts.

Responsibilities
- Define product Go-to-Market strategy and goals by working with global counterparts.
- Manage, develop, inspire, and motivate the team, ensuring successful delivery against goals. Work with the Heads of EMEA Sales and team to define and execute priority areas (e.g., mobile, brand, and core).
- Develop an activation strategy and tactical guidance to drive product adoption.
- Speak at external events, and regularly lead strategic discussions with some of the region's biggest customers and most strategic agency and channel sales partners.
- Influence the Global Product team in shaping the product roadmap by gathering actionable customer and competitive insights, conducting immersion sessions for product managers, and testing beta products.
