Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support partner relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple, time-sensitive projects while working separately to drive projects to completion with limited guidance and high attention to detail.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and communicating topics.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage engaged priorities in a changing environment.
- Ability to be proactive, make constructive suggestions, and come up with ways to scale initiatives.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays on shift-based schedules as needed.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support partner relationships in the region.

Responsibilities
- Work on project documents, take notes, meet deadlines, communicate obstacles, manage time, and follow plans.
- Execute solutions, with regular support from peers or community, based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
- Identify trends of solution across users, partners or clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future with minimal guidance.
- Define long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features or the solution.
- Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot the most optimal solutions and enhance offerings with some guidance.
