About the job

Google’s Global Partnerships (GP) team powers Google’s most strategic relationships. The Sellside Monetization team specifically works with publishers and app developers to maximize their business across the Google ecosystem. We provide mission-critical Ad technology (AdMob, Google Ad Manager) to help partners thrive in a privacy-first, multi-platform world. Beyond business generation, GP acts as the strategic bridge between our partners and Google’s product teams, ensuring our solutions evolve in lockstep with the world’s most sophisticated developers.

As a Strategic Partner Associate within GP Sellside Monetization, you will manage a high-impact portfolio of Apps and Gaming developers across the EMEA region. Your goal is to move beyond transactional relationships and become a core extension of your partners' business strategy.

You will leverage deep industry insights and Google’s full sellside stack to solve complex business generation challenges. You are expected to set a long-term outlook for your partners, aligning their business goals with Google’s product roadmap. Whether you are navigating the nuances of developer hubs or scaling across broader EMEA markets, you will operate as a sophisticated consultant who can influence C-suite executives and internal product leads alike.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive, multi-quarter business plans for EMEA’s most strategic developers, aligning business generation health with long-term business sustainability.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced sellside features (e.g., open bidding, hybrid business generation models, and private marketplaces) to ensure partners are extracting maximum value from every impression.
  • Provide high-level guidance on ad-stack architecture, helping partners balance Ad Revenue (IAA) with In-App Purchases (IAP) and subscription models.
