Senior Technical Recruiter, LATAM (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an agency or corporate environment executing end-to-end recruiting, including implementation of sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal stakeholders globally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience closing applicants and discussing compensation packages leveraging experience engaging for talent.
  • Experience in software engineering technical recruiting or sourcing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with engaging demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be tactful and diplomatic.

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview processes, and drive offer processes, including reference checks when appropriate, salary recommendations and facilitations, and closing of candidates.
  • Manage candidates through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and partner experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with hiring teams and peers to drive impactful initiatives towards hiring.
  • Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing at multiple levels.
  • Drive the staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and client management and satisfaction.
