YouTube Import Specialist, International Growth Team (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions, including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality studies, and brand measurement.
  • Experience working with media agencies across communications planning, AV, and digital teams.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing executive-level relationships with customers or agency partners.
  • 2 years of experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
  • Experience in communications strategy, media sales, or brand management.
  • Proven track record of measurement led selling proving ROI to brand advertisers

As a Large Customer Sales (LCS) EU5 YouTube Import Specialist, you will be a strategic catalyst dedicated to accelerating revenue growth within the EU5, by providing market-specific technical depth and YouTube brand and measurement expertise. This role is part of our IGT (International Growth Team), helping our largest EMEA advertisers drive international growth.

In this role, you will partner with local Account Managers (AMs) and Industry Managers (IMs) to solve business challenges through specialized digital strategies. Your primary objective is to grow YouTube’s brand advertising business by demonstrating how our platforms—particularly Connected TV (CTV) and premium Brand packages—drive measurable results for EU5 customers.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Map local market gaps to client objectives and build influential relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term joint strategies.
  • Utilize local data (e.g., Kantar) to develop rigorous analyses proving YouTube’s Return On Investment (ROI) and capturing higher share of wallet against TV competitors.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to adapt creative tones, marketing claims, and sales narratives for high resonance within specific local markets.
  • Architect sophisticated media plans and connect clients with local creators and flagship events like Brandcast to maximize brand engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign activation while validating impact against business objectives to reinforce growth.
