Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, consultative sales, business media measurement/analytics, financial analysis or engineering.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to work with clients in the Greater China market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working cross-functionally, communicating clearly and presenting to executive leadership.
  • Experience in project/program management.
  • Familiarity with the advertising industry and technologies.
  • Ability to work separately and to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to use SQL and others to analyze large datasets with the goal of delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.

In this role, you will work on apps and games in APAC to help them optimize their user acquisition strategy with Google Ads. You will deliver client engagements on data measurement and investigative consulting projects. You will drive good measurement with advertisers by designing tests and conducting research to help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising across digital platforms and media. You will lead hypothesis-driven client analysis to surface actionable insights. You will also be working directly with the sales leadership team, global specialists and key cross-functional teams to help find new business opportunities for our business and customers and present those to leadership and influence their decision making. You will coordinate and execute growth projects at a regional and global level.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client measurement/analytical consulting (e.g., Predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV), incrementality) and implement tests (e.g., conversion/brand lift) to boost ad effectiveness and team's share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, strategy) to find business opportunities, develop insights, present, and drive decisions.
  • Build scalable solutions and measurement frameworks for application devevlopment sellers/customers to accelerate ad business on android, iOS and web.
  • Develop deep experience in Google Ad products and customer infrastructure to architect technical solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Train sellers, customers with industry and problem-solving thought leadership by monitoring trends, offering data-driven suggestions via tools/presentations for business initiatives.
