Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, analysis, dashboards, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies.
- Experience with data center, networking, and operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with network planning and engineering.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing deployment programs while working with partner groups to create and achieve strategic business goals. You will be responsible for the organization the overall team, and will establish clear roles and responsibilities, global management of capacity deliverables, plan of records and schedules across the global network delivery organization to meet Google’s needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules across organization which includes ensuring dependent projects are started in time to support schedule of downstream dependencies.
- Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early/often, and collaborate on process improvements.
- Provide health reports highlighting wins, risk, and upcoming demands which includes analysis of document patterns, spikes, and lessons learned.
- Drive root cause corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
