Regional Product Lead, Privacy Centric Measurement (English, German)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in order to communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in pitching and activating Measurement solutions across a sales organisation or understanding of our GCS organisation in how to activate sellers on products.
  • Experience in influencing C-level executives, managers and sellers.
  • Ability to set own OKRs, prioritize and allocate resources to highest impact initiatives and projects.
  • Excellent thought leadership and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills.

About the job

The Privacy Centric Measurement team sits within GCS Product and Sales Activation (PSA), responsible for creating and scaling solutions for EMEA SMBs.

In this role, you will drive the commercialization strategy for Google ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our diverse group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

Responsibilities

  • Help realize our go-to-market activation strategies for Measurement to drive customer growth.
  • Advocate for Measurement products internally and externally.
  • Activate opportunities on a named account list via co-pitches, pre-pitch support.
  • Educate Google Customer Solutions (GCS) promoters through at-scale trainings, workshops and partnership with sales leadership. Support customer events in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
  • Work cross-functionally and regionally to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption. Identify roadblocks in promoter workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations to solve these challenges and help promoters pitch more effectively.
