Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 8 years of experience with operational projects, cross-functional stakeholder management and project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working in YouTube’s business or tech organizations.
  • Ability to work self-sustaining and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to grow in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability in understanding and articulating the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About the job

The YouTube Business GTM Solutions (GTMS) team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team is responsible for shaping go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly and enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data infra, insights reports, decision making models, dashboards). This team combines deep tactical, operational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Set priorities for the YouTube Business (Biz) leadership team, including leading agenda and content development for weekly leadership meetings, executive off-sites, and director forums. 
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams (e.g., Go-to-Market Solutions, People Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal) and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences while leading execution against recommendations.
  • Manage multiple priorities and initiatives including business topics, and partner with Executive Communications to land the Chief Business Officer’s key messages with the organization.
  • Communicate actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations. 
  • Enable leadership to track progress of select People/Talent Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priorities throughout the year (e.g., quarterly reporting).
