  • Experience identifying client’s challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
  • Experience with Creative strategy or direction on YouTube.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Influencer Marketing and Project Management.
  • Experience providing product and domain expertise and lead end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.
  • Experience establishing and advancing goals and priorities, balancing the needs of Google Product Areas, the sales organization, and customers.
  • Ability to influence executive level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.

A powerhouse for YouTube creative excellence, our dynamic team of agreement leads, strategists, creatives, producers, analysts, and business experts sits at the heart of the sales organization. We support Google’s largest advertisers with sponsorships and custom creator content, guiding brands from foundational best practices to unique audience intelligence. We anticipate emerging trends and broker exclusive creators and cultural partnerships, ensuring every campaign on the planet's most influential video platform is as effective as possible.

As a Content Lead, you will help clients and agencies develop impactful, emotionally resonant and business defining branded content on YouTube. You will be passionate about the platform, stay on top of YouTube trends and formats and are huge creators/content fans. You will have deep knowledge to work for clients looking to develop relevant relationships with audiences new and old.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ideate, design, and help pitch custom digital marketing programs for Google’s premier ad clients. Support on holistic program creative, strategy and structure.
  • Support the production process during content initiatives with our partners. Maintain vendor relationships, lead project management, ensure quality of work and happy clients and partners.
  • Manage/support larger content team initiatives such as development of marketing materials (case studies, sizzle reels).
  • Educate and arm Business Unit and Sales with materials for client conversations to inspire new opportunities through the support of scaled materials thought leadership.
  • Track trends, dive into research using Google and external tools, track programs both internal and external, follow creators and watch YouTube content on a daily basis.
