AI Technical Enablement Program Manager, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales enablement or technical sales.
  • Experience with AI products, tools, and related cloud technologies.
  • Experience in training needs identification, developing and executing global sales enablement programs, and learning and enablement content development for a technical audience.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise account teams and technical field roles (e.g., Sales Engineers, Architects) to execute sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience taking broad goals and concepts and developing structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics, and executing those plans.
  • Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.

In this role, you will be focused on strategizing, designing, and executing technical enablement programs focused on AI products and solutions for Go-to-Market (GTM) technical roles (e.g., Customer Engineer (CE), Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), Field Deployment Engineer (FDE), etc.). You will be passionate about cloud technologies, enabling others, and business, and most importantly, have direct experience with Google Cloud’s AI products.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across global and regional teams (e.g., AI Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), AI GTM Organization, Activation, Consumption, and Performance, etc.) and with Google Cloud AI Product and Engineering teams to drive awareness and technical understanding of AI products, tools, and business motions.
  • Map a persona-based view of technical GTM field enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for AI product and knowledge.
  • Empower technical sellers through continuous learning, facilitating the sharing of best practices and repeatable patterns for AI product deployments.
  • Design and execute structured, technical training programs and materials for priority AI initiatives.
  • Embed into technical business and Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) teams to understand enablement needs and become a trusted advisor to core technical roles.
