Senior Finance Program Manager, Process Governance and Advisory

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing operations related to risk management, ensuring adherence to defined processes, accuracy, and timelines.
  • Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; driving change management, preparing users and increasing adoption for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other Finance transformation projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience in governance, audit or compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience establishing structure and operationalizing solutions at scale in complex environments.
  • Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), accounting processes and terminology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Effective data analysis, risk assessment, and problem solving skills.

About the job

The Process Governance and Advisory team is the central governance and risk management function for Global Revenue to Cash Operations (RCO). We own and manage a suite of specialized programs that together enable ongoing and holistic visibility into risk across the organization.

As a Senior Finance Program Manager on the team, you will own and lead one or more of our core program areas, design and implement frameworks and infrastructure to drive standardization, efficiency, resilience, and compliance across process areas. You will advise RCO leadership on operational risks and propose, plan, and drive mitigation actions that will involve a wide range of external and internal stakeholders and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and implement policies to strengthen governance and risk management practices for Global Revenue to Cash Operations.
  • Develop and drive scalable, data driven programs to provide oversight, monitor risk/compliance, and drive informed decision making across hundreds of processes.
  • Design and drive implementation of our next-generation infrastructure for intelligent risk management.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and other governance functions to enhance visibility into risk drivers and related impact on operational health and compliance. Educate stakeholders on operational risks, identify and evaluate gaps, and advise on opportunities to strengthen controls.
  • Lead all activities around RCO’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) governance including budgeting and spend management, SLA management, and productivity.
