Video Specialist (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience in media buying across all inventory types and environments including applications.
  • Experience working with Google’s digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to communicate in the customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of the changing ads ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to apply a customer focus leveraging a technical and marketing background.
  • Ability to present to executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent investigative skills, high proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. The role of Video Specialists requires video expertise and thought leaders in this product area. The team leads video pitches and runs activations and programs on topics such as full funnel video strategy, creative ideation and strategy, and demand generation. The team grows the sophistication of customers across all of Google's video products and works with them in developing their creative strategy.

As a Video Specialist, you will work with Google Israel's large clients on their video strategy and advertising activity leveraging Google’s technology and products. You will support Google’s clients in driving their video activity across performance and brand.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch video for clients branding and performance activity and drive video growth.
  • Work closely with clients on their video strategy, develop frameworks and methodologies to drive performance and brand awareness and grow video activity.
  • Track video market insights and trends including competitive trends and share of wallet analysis.
  • Work with regional and global commercialization teams localizing global narratives and providing market feedback to the product team.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive video at scale bringing the magic of YouTube to clients.
