Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal or external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
  • Experience with Google Cloud to prototype solutions and integrations in customer or partner environments.
  • Experience in an problem solving role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their objectives and tests, identify technical gaps, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovations.
  • Understand the issue of clients within the industry and develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces.
  • Architect, develop, and deliver solutions leveraging Google's ecosystem, including Google Cloud and Google AI capabilities, to maximize the potential of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products.
  • Work with Google's largest advertisers, agencies and partners, understand their tests, collect requirements, provide solutions to apply ad products and technologies to achieve their business goals.
  • Identify and solve client problems through project management and consultation on technical setup.
