Administrative Business Partner, Data Cloud

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

- Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

- Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
- Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in providing professional executive support to c-level executives within a fast-moving team and international environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies to improve work efficiency (e.g. AI integration).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, and across many different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination with minimal guidance.
  • Manage core administrative responsibilities, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity, maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Use acumen and discretion to support your team's projects and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
  • Apply understanding of the business to foster a positive impact on scheduling and prioritization for your executives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of regularly scheduled meetings, events, or team offsites.
