Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to develop and understand strategy.

The Global Communications and Public Affairs (GCPA) Strategy and Operations team is focused on empowering GCPA’s leadership to lead their teams, make decisions effectively, secure and allocate resources and get things done easily. We help create and implement longer term strategies that are aimed at future proofing GPCA.
In this role, you will lead strategy and operations for two GCPA teams or key areas. You will focus on empowering the VPs and leadership of teams you support, while overseeing business operations and resource allocation, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Provide advice and counsel to members of GCPA’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you’re assigned to, help set their teams up for success, and act as a strategic thought partner.
- Counsel GCPA leadership on evolving organizational strategy and operations. Help craft and implement transformation initiatives to enhance GCPA’s impact.
- Foster a "One GCPA" mindset, facilitating information sharing and best practices across the organization. Be able to simplify processes and tools, driving operational efficiencies and savings.
- Coordinate and advance annual comms planning, facilitate the definition and stack ranking of strategic priorities. Support annual business planning, secure and allocate resources in alignment with GCPA’s priorities, ensure effective use of our budget, and track headcount and team moves.
- Ensure ongoing awareness and foresight of communications moments to facilitate informed decision-making.
