- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in the mobile app ecosystem in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, account management, or technical sales).
- Experience with the mobile app user acquisition and business generation life-cycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with user acquisition, ROAS optimization, app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics), Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and ad monetization.
- Understanding of mobile app analytics, cohort analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, LTV, etc.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Engineering).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

- Identify and engage with high-potential AdMob partners to analyze and optimize their user acquisition and business generation strategies.
- Lead consulting sessions and in-depth search analyses to troubleshoot UA performance gaps, shifting the measurement focus from Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to a holistic Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) framework.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the UA-Mediation link, guiding developers on how to best leverage their first-party data from AdMob and Firebase to inform their campaign strategies across Google and third-party ad networks.
- Drive the commercialization and adoption of new product solutions, such as the server-side ROAS integration, by advocating their benefits and guiding partners through implementation.
- Act as a key liaison between partners and internal Product Management teams, collecting and structuring market feedback to influence the product roadmap for UA optimization tools.
