Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working in data center and supply chain operations.
- Experience working with New Product Introduction (NPI).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience working in Product Management.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Experience working with the software development life-cycle.
About the job
The Technical Program Manager, Data Center Operations drives optimization and automation within end-to-end supply chain operations for third-party hardware. You will be focusing on process implementation and management, including NPI integration and systems on boarding, collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. You will be contributing to planning, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and streamline processes across areas like product on boarding, traceability, demand/capacity planning, procurement, logistics, and life-cycle management including reverse logistics.
Responsibilities
- Drive and collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement and modify 1P systems, and familiarity with 3P systems like SAP.
- Drive the development and implementation of automated solutions, leveraging existing and planned tools and systems.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new or improved processes, collaborating with regional and global teams.
- Ensure solutions align with broader tactical goals and vendor integration needs.
- Develop strategies to address key areas product on boarding, traceability, demand and capacity planning, procurement, logistics, supply chain processes, and life-cycle management and returns, decommissioning, and reverse logistics.
