Account Executive, Consumer Packaged Goods (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital marketing, advertising, consultative sales, business development, Consumer Product Goods (CPG,) or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 4 years of experience working in the sales industry or product area.
  • Experience in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, managing solutions with clients, with a track record in investigative, problem-solving projects.

In this role, you will work with the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. You will understand client objectives, and drive change in order to grow their relationship with Google. You will partner with clients and brands, and focus on driving business growth by using data to make marketing decisions, accelerating their use of machine learning and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. 
  • Plan and achieve the goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Build and execute an annual plan and manage with each client.
  • Achieve business facing metrics (BFM) across our account portfolio, utilizing business excellence to drive product adoption and efficiency.
