Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in mobile device testing and validation, including 3GPP/3GPP2 standards.
- Experience analyzing and debugging LTE, NR, RF, antenna or desense issues.
- Experience using cellular chipset-specific logging and debugging tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in C/C++, Python, SQL, or software development tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with cellular communication tester (callbox) or base stations.
- Experience in developing detailed test plans to evaluate performance, identify the root cause of any discrepancies, and troubleshoot problems with devices and test platforms.
- Experience with the certification process and working with US carriers.
- Knowledge of wireless communication standards (L1/L2/L3) and implementation (including but not limited to 5GNR, LTE, 802.11ax, 802.11ac).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with modem systems, antenna, RF, and software teams to deliver high-quality Pixel products.
- Develop test plans for cellular system features, and validate Long Term Evolution (LTE) and NR system performance in conducted and Over-The-Air (OTA) test environments.
- Manage carrier RF validation and testing design, including fixture design, procedure development, debugging, testing, scheduling, verification of test results, and report generation and delivery.
- Identify and recommend creative ways to leverage or enhance existing practices.
- Engage in cross-functional team collaboration and manage carrier lab technical relations to achieve optimal device RF performance and improve customer satisfaction.
