Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in an enterprise software, sales planning/operations, or consulting organization.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting, or sales operations roles in an enterprise software firm or similar industry.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to grow in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, with limited direction, balance engaging priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills including SQL queries, with the ability to derive insights through data mining and analytics.
About the job
The gReach Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects for one year.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for sales/cross-functional teams.
- Drive operational excellence (e.g., business growth, opportunity, health and performance metrics) across Cloud teams in-market. Ensure that stakeholders issues get resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the planning cycle by providing insights into rep performance, business growth, trends, growth rate, and productivity. Develop territories, account segments, organization design, and goals.
- Provide operations support on issue resolution in post-planning efforts.
- Work with cross-functional partners, including Support, Vertical Solutions, Demand Execution, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
