Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
  • Experience engaging with software, cloud, or technology vendors and working directly with partners to deliver cloud migrations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading cloud-based transformation programs and software development solutions.
  • Experience in cloud technologies with the understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Experience with programs pertaining to data and analytics systems and implementations.
  • Experience in engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Familiarity in decision-making processes within enterprise customers and consulting partners.

About the job

In this role, you will help to build GCPs customer satisfaction, outcomes and business growth through the engagement of GCP service delivery priority partners on cloud migration projects (RaMP) and other specialist GCP solutions, such as DA/DB, AI, Security, AppMod etc. You will work closely with the Partner Development Managers, Partner Engineers, and Delivery Success teams. You will drive programmatic engagement and tracking that is useful for our Go-to-Market (GTM) team to identify the right Partners to engage with for accelerated migrations of legacy solutions to GCP.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted member of the partner teams and their partners on topics of migration strategy and delivery best practices.
  • Identify and track Partner Solution Architects (Partner Engineers) with DRI score and certifications across APAC.
  • Advise on content and facilitate delivery of enablement events such as Partner Webinars, Immersion Days, Migration Workshops, and Leverage Delivery Enablement Portfolio content and Migration Methodologies to influence successful partner-led Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migrations.
  • Collaborate with the Migration CoE program to embed their project migration status and partner performance monitoring, into the overall Partner Delivery Excellence program.
  • Track and drive impact in global program adoption by APAC Priority Partners, track partner migration metrics, and report results to GCP leadership identifying trends and think ideas to help our partners further accelerate migrations.
