About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The mission in Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is to shape, simplify and scale product solutions to help businesses of all sizes grow with Google. We craft innovative product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Google’s Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business across ads products. The PSA team launches products to market, works collaboratively with sales teams to activate product adoption, enables global sales teams with resources, and captures and channels customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operational accuracy and strategic influence of the Product and Sales Activation team in the APAC region. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive initiatives from conception through completion.

You will need to possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and navigating ambiguity. You will be a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable plans, a proactive problem-solver, and an advocate for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain rPSA support functions, ensure consistent tracking and reporting within the team, wider organization and sales teams. Maintain an ongoing project management tracker to house timelines/deliverables from local and central PSA/Sales/other cross-functional stakeholders, enabling the wider team to anticipate, prioritize and flag delays based on business needs.
  • Lead communications inside PSA and externally to the sales partners (from ICs to VP-level), develop a communications strategy and build content to land key messages and priorities.
  • Develop strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the customer and seller needs to drive incremental growth. Including establishing and running the governance framework for new solutions.
  • Develop relationships with central stakeholders to understand, anticipate and influence central designs using a regional POV.
