Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience with software development and managing execution of programs.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management across domains.
- Experience in data analysis, data insights, building dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in process improvement, automation and increasing efficiency of execution.
- Experience in helping teams to measure and improve operational execution.
- Knowledge of program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.In this role, you will be a member of a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who drive multi-disciplinary engineering programs within Enterprise Developer Engagement (EDE). You will work with Engineering and cross-functional leaders to deliver on our multi-year strategy and shape the future of enterprise data at Google.At Corp Eng, we build world-leading business solutions that scale a more helpful Google for everyone. As Google’s IT organization, we provide end-to-end solutions for organizations across Google. Responsibilities
- Deliver findings of analysis, keep business stakeholders informed of progress, priority changes, timelines, etc.
- Identify tests, develop technical solutions and planning for resolution.
- Iterate to steer engineering teams plans into clear deliverables, milestones, timelines and internal roadmaps.
- Collaborate and address tests.
